Meet Hire, the fourth product family
Periwinkle joins the palette as KC Recruit, KC Onboard, and KC Talent come together in the Hire suite.
A family for the hiring journey
Version 1.15.0 introduces Hire alongside Learn, Comply, and Grow. Its periwinkle accent gives the recruiting and onboarding journey a distinct identity while preserving the shared typography, spacing, and component contracts.
Two products change accent
KC Onboard moves from Comply to Hire, and KC Talent moves from Grow to Hire. KC Performance remains in Grow. Compliance training delivered during onboarding still belongs to the relevant Comply products; the context of delivery does not change their suite.
Built into the token system
The release adds the periwinkle ramp and both theme mappings for the hire category. Consumers select the category rather than repainting individual components. ADR 035 documents the decision and the contrast checks used to choose the shipped accent.
