Closing the gaps between colour rules and examples

A whole-bundle audit corrected eight documentation defects and brought reference colours back into sync.

The palette was not the problem

The v1.15.2 audit found the product-suite accents consistent, but uncovered older discrepancies in documentation and canonical references. This patch changes neither token values nor design rules. It makes the examples describe the system that already exists.

What was corrected

The release updates outdated text-tier descriptions, stale orange and blue primitives in reference files, and misleading contrast figures. It also removes documentation for five colour tokens that were never defined, preventing consumers from relying on variables that resolve to nothing.

Read measurements in context

Contrast depends on the exact foreground and background. The revised dark-theme comparison distinguishes the tint, the fill, and the bare surface rather than putting different measurements under one heading. For current text-role values, read v1.17.0 as well: later releases continue this work.
